Lorraine has been a REALTOR® for over three decades. She came to the United States in the early 1980s to fulfill her American Dream! The eldest of five children, her parents encouraged her to pursue whatever she set her mind to accomplishing, regardless of gender.

When she saw what her parents went through when purchasing a home in Northern Virginia, she decided to get her real estate license, knowing that she and her siblings would one day also purchase homes. There was no looking back.

A member of the Dulles Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) and the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR), Lorraine has served on many local committees over the years. Having been involved in leadership positions with NVAR since 2011, she served as the 2018 NVAR President after being their 2017 Vice President and 2016 Treasurer. She served as a NVAR RPAC Trustee, for two terms. Lorraine also sat on the DAAR Budget & Finance Committee, the Education Committee, and she chaired the 2021 DAAR D3! Annual Convention Committee.

Portrait of Curt Reichstetter

Curt Reichstetter

Vice President

Local Association: Richmond Association of REALTORS®

Email

Curt Reichstetter is an Associate Broker with Two Dog Realty Group in Richmond, Virginia. During his over 30 years of experience as a REALTOR®, Curt has helped over a thousand people buy and sell property, practicing in both the residential and commercial fields of real estate.

Curt was the 2019 President of the Richmond Association of REALTORS®. He currently serves on the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) at the state level and also sits on the RPAC Participation Committee nationally as the state representative for Virginia. Curt has served in numerous capacities including the Virginia REALTORS® Treasurer in 2023, State Board of Directors since 2018,  as well as being a state delegate for NAR from 2016-2019. In addition, Curt received his C2EX and AHWD certifications from NAR.

For the first 15 years of his career, Curt worked in new construction. He helped sell out many of Richmond’s iconic neighborhoods and condo buildings. He was a board member of the Sales and Marketing Council for the Richmond Home Builders and taught their certified sales professional and advanced courses.

During the housing market crash of the early 2000s, Curt found that he had to reimagine his career and learn the residential resale, foreclosure, and commercial markets. Recently leaving a well-known, larger, and established brokerage, Curt chose to move his license to a small brokerage that he established with his wife Heather – Two Dog Realty.

On the side, Curt is on the Board of Directors of REACHcycles, a local nonprofit that gives bikes to kids with disabilities. They have provided over 700 bikes in the past six years. Having had a daughter with special needs, and helping her to try and learn to ride and seeing the challenges these kids have to overcome, Curt understood that riding a bike is therapeutic and freeing. He feels there is nothing more heartwarming than watching a child ride a bike for the very first time.

Curt is also on the Board of Directors of Friends of Richmond K9, a nonprofit that provides assistance in meeting the needs of retired and active-duty police dogs in the City of Richmond. Currently, there are no local or state funds for the support of a retired police dog, so this organization tries to bridge that gap.
